YP Take One: Panelist Bios

 Jessica Rajtar Director, Young Professionals of Wichita Before becoming director of Young Professionals of Wichita in April 2007, Jessica worked alongside YPW staff and volunteers as the Wichita Metro Chamber’s manager of Business Programming & Events since 2005. In 2006, Jessica accepted a more active role in several key leadership initiatives for the Wichita Metro Chamber where she has helped plan, coordinate and even participated in leadership engagement programs. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing from Wichita State University in 2003. Before joining the Chamber, she worked as a program planner with Exploration Place and planned and administered continuing education with the Kansas Bar Association. She is involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bigs in School Program, The Kansas Health Foundation’s Kansas Community Leadership Initiative, the Sedgwick County Zoo and Ascension Lutheran Church. A native Wichitan and active YP, Jessica has a deep passion for her home community and her professional peer network.
